I'm just an electronics engineer with some video designs in the real world (production) so I had hoped to share with you that it's going to be quite a cost today to do this.

The average consumer will not want to know this and will dismiss that such features won't need all this or as you noted put the HDMI crypto in the SoC when Intel's current system does not allow for such today.
