There seems to be a great deal of confusion as to what is defined "as nomal use" as is implied in the warranty. Just how delicate are these specific model tvs? How delicate are all plasmas? We'll all agree no one is hitting their tv with a hammer or shooting it with a BB gun and expect Samsung to comply nor should they. But no, notta sign of exterior damage is really hard to swallow. All of these TVs are "popping" when on without ANY srike, blow, bump to the screen. Thermal heat expansion must be considered. Can shipment drop contribute? Samsung does not require a "drop sensor" on shipping containers. There is no notice or warning anywhere in the OM regarding how any small bump, impact etc MAY cause the screen to crack and self destruct. We should all support our claims with a sworn affadavit that we are completely unaware of any physical abuse, contact that casued the TV to become inoperatable..Make Samsung prove us liars..
