I have tried the aforementioned remedies for trying to get my player out of the "loop" of trying to start the @internet service. Is there any way to hard reset the unit back to the original factor settings? I no longer have a warranty and so I am not concerned with "ruining" the unit. I have had the unit just over a year and the service stopped working after a firmware update. You'd think that Samsung would promote customer loyalty by fixing these issues instead of trying to sell new units that are supposed to have the issues resolved. I am fast looking to go to other technology companies to fill my technology needs. My loyalty to Samsung is fast waning.
