I'm sorry to hear that you're having ths issue with your TV.

Try resetting it by turning it on and holding down the EXIT button until you're prompted to "RESET?" Choose YES and see if reloading the whole TV to factory settings might allow you to try updating again - perhaps a subsequent attempt may help.
