Great new for you (asandersuw), I also just got my TV (HLT5676SX/XAA)fixed yesterday. It took a week to have a tech come out and fix it. My advice to everyone out there is to keep contacting Samsung. I had to call them 3 times in one day until I finally got a customer service rep willing to help. I compared Samsung with ADT Security Systems, they're sooo big communition within is horrible.
