You're welcome - but I haven't done anything yet, and the power rests on people in service.

If you can't find a transaction number, call 800-SAMSUNG back and start the process explaining your situation. If they can't help with a service assistance, ask for a transaction number and post it here. No sense in wasting time searching if the number is old - let's see if we can work this out with a fresh transaction.
