A few thoughts:
1. Make sure that your BD-1250 is set to allow all. To do this:
Menu
Set Up
Network
BD-Live Internet Connection
Select: Allow (all)
2. I have found that after making any type of change to my 1250and especially after performing a firmware update.that I need to turn my wireless router off/on, and then try to connect.
3. Is your BD-1250 up to date with firmware updates? If not, there have been several since September 2009. BUT BE WARNED, if you havent performed a firmware update since you purchased the player there is a pretty high chance that you will get bricked. (See many, many previous posts on this board about players being bricked after a firmware update dating back to 2009) But it seems to be a catch-22 situation. Your 1250 wont work properly unless you do the firmware update. But by doing the firmware update, it causes your player to become inoperable. Once bricked the only resolve is to contact Samsung for a shipping label and instructions on sending your 1250 in to be repaired. Its a relatively quick turnaroundat least it was for meof about one week. None the less, a major pain in the butt. The upside is that it shouldnt cost you anything to ship or have the repair made.
Good luck.
