I was looking @ HDTVs and was told that SONY was the answer to everything. Then I started to ask more intelligent questions. I bought a Samsung demo model from Fry's Electronics Store in Phoenix, Arizona.
I was assured that the Samsung model that I bought was Internet (Netflix, etc.) ready. The model that I have is the Samsung LN4OC650. No luck.
I'm ready to return it. I think that I have been lied to either by the salesman or by Samsung. Netflix does not work, nor Blockbuster. I have tried talking to Netflix, but it seems there is no support other than talking to my ISP COX, which is a joke.
I'll not play "third man in the middle" about a major selling point from Samsung. In fact the salesman @ Fry's Electronics asked me the question what was the deciding factor in my decision to buy this unit. He asked if is was the 120Mz, I said it was no to go Internet active, specifically Netflx.
A dummy I am not.
