I am myself an engineer and it is becoming obvious to me that you guys know what is the problem with your TVs and still act as innocents! I work on very complex equipments and by describing a problem, we can usually nail it down to a few failure options.
I have been advised to change my inverters (which are hooked to the LCD panel = 1700$!!), can you comment on this...?!?!
Anyway, your customer service sucks! There is a problem with your equipment, Own it...
AND NO THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED PROBLEM.
