Same tv, similiar ip design as you, haven't tried Internet@TV but the message that you get doesn't seem to have anything to do with the IP configuration

I also have a WiFi Netgear router. So, suggestion, opening up the port in the routers firewall?
I'm not talking about port forwarding or anything, just making sure the port that the TV uses can be routed through netgear
