It's a world-wide forum. Any problem that can happen could happen with more than one user, not to mention the same symptom may have a different cause - therefore, one diagnosis "does not fit all".

The problems are addressed on a case-by-case basis.

You are free to reject my suggestions and find a better answer elsewhere if you feel that it doesn't meet your needs.

You're asking me to diagnose your individual set and give you a diagnosis based on something I can't see, and something you perceive to be the fault. I can't do that without looking at it. I suggested you have someone inspect your unit so that you can determine what needs to be replaced, and I stand by that suggestion.
