Is this condidered as help?
All the help we are getting with you is asking us to register and call Samsung? What would happen to the other users who are not under warranty anymore? It's a shame!!! You obviously have a problem with your products and you are hiding it! Look on the internet and this is happening with more than one user...... I turn the TV on twice once a week for two hours, and I am having the same problems as the other users on this thread.
Can you please tell us which part we need to change in the TV in order to fix it?
Problems are expected it's the way you deal with them which counts! And until now you guys are not doing a good job at all!!!
