I forgot one question: what browser are you using. But that isn't so important. The advice anyway would have been to try another browser. On a Windows PC choose from Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. All are free. You might need to install Flash into them if it's a fresh download.
If the problem persists, turn off the hardware accelleration in Flash (it might be necessary to do that in all browsers separately) and try again.
