Go get EasyBCD. It's free and boots from CD and maybe USB. Armed with that I can rewrite the BCD and boot manager.

Rescue and repair is about 4 minutes. THIS SORT OF REPAIR IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DETAIL OR DESCRIBE ALL POSSIBLE DAMAGE OR REPAIRS. But when you have your files safe, it's the tool I use to fix boot manager failures.
It's also worth noting that I can cause this failure by changing the BIOS from SATA to IDE EMULATION or moving the SATA cable to another SATA PORT. I mention these because I want to be sure you didn't change those.
