I wish that was the problem and it was so easy..unfortunately that is not it though....Thanks. I am going to uninstall one..can't do both cause dont know if i can install anything at this point...Error message is "The Dependency Sevice or goup failed to start...When I shut down i get a blue screen...driver/hardware issue due to virus
