Uninstaller

Guys, I really appreciate your interest in this problem.

Several times I have downloaded the Adobe uninstaller, run it, rebooted, and run the adobe IE installer. (I have IE9). I have backed up to IE8, uninstalled Flash, rebooted, installed Flash, and got the same results (popup saying I don't have Flash). Yet every time I download it, it says installed and running. I then upgraded to IE9 again, repeated the above process, and got the same results. Note the standalone loaded gives me the error message in fine print near the top of the window.
