paying music in chatrooms

Hi alfmic firstly on vista and windows 7 the sterio mix neded to play through the soundcard is diabled and hiden in the previous os you have to enable it by going to sound options recording tab then right clicking in a white area of the box then an option should appear and if you check the enable hidden devices box hey presto sterio mix appears and is enabled in the recording ta.
