If your computer was working great at one point and now its not ,then something is cuasing it to not respond. I dont think its OS problem. I fixed mine from not responding and it was bad .I couldnt do anything without freezing up!!!! Heres how I fixed mine. Just click on safety tab on your browser then I deleted all browsing history-temporary internet files- and cookies. Then click on tools,, then click on manage add-ons ,then disable all add-ons except for Like Norton or whatever use for virus protection. Then open internet browser check for results! This completely cured my freezing "not responding" problem. I think the add-ons were the problems. Hope this info helps. ![]()
