Vista -Just would like to run old programs that I ran on XP

Not sure we make the problems but I just have a real hard time
having to go out and buy a new scanner just because HP and Vista
didn't agree to give drivers for older scanners that still are
working. I thought I'd go and buy a new HP scanner but they don't
have the drivers for Vista. The programs that I use to run afraid
to install them. I went looking for new versions of the old ones
and no programs for Vista.
