I got the phone brand new last summer at the apple store when the phone first came out, my contract with ATT ended Dec 2011. So now apple nor ATT will unlock it. ATT told me that you have to have purchased the iphone from their store to have it unlocked, eventhough my contract was with ATT, that is BS!
