Let it dry?

Whenever I've come across this issue, the home button usually starts to function normally after a few hours. Could it be some moisture got in there somehow to prevent it from working properly?

If restarting the device doesn't work, I'd let it be for a day or so. If you still have a problem, then I'd see about the warranty or repair.
