Am Natasha from newyork actually you can use some speach recognition software to convert our audio to text file like dragon but the problem is it won't give the exact result what we need anyway after coverting thataudio to text you should call some transcription company to convert in the required formate.so better option for speech recognition software is call some transcriptions company and ask themm to convert your audio. actually am using www.transcriptionsservice.com to convertmy audio at a low cost.with better quality.
