Hi...

1) How many phone lines(or numbers) do you have coming in? Just the one?
2)
Does your phone have a second phone port that might say ext or
something similar?

Sometimes you can plug a fax or similar device
directly into the phone's external port.Could you snap a pic. Would make things much easier.
