I happened to join this team on the 11.01.2011. in an Eastern Country.
I deliberetly do not mention my real location nor my identity, since I am going to take legal actions.
The story is the following: Me and my girlfriend joined and payed 395 USD each of us.
Then, as diligent eager beavers, we started to build the marketing strategy and our network.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, the system(video email got frozen, when making a short demo at 40 second. Of course, the company did not take any responsibility. The problem is your bandwidth cannot provide enough upload speed.
Wowww!!! So that is what you call hight technology!!!! Congratulations!!!
Secondly, the banner margin on top left was missing, which is a pure software fault.
We made screeshots, but it could not help them at all.
Even, if they are right on the brandwidth weakness, they made a huge mistake!!!
They did not put this in the contract, saying this and this minimum level of brandwidth is required when buying this service.
On the top of that, we made a contract on the Internet, which was not translated into my mother tongue. This was another huge mistake!!!
The binaric system, having two legs in businesswise is not really ethical either.
Think about having two legs and only the weaker is paid.
However, you did a big job on your both legs. This is gone or at least not payed for long.
But, the company proudly presents that they pay real-time and accrued a huge amount of money, they are very strong in liquidity. Of course they are, since their income is always way bigger than the amount they have to pay.
What way should I start my legal actons?
