DBAN doesn't serve my needs.

I don't just need to wipe the drive clean, I have to totally reformat it from the FATX file system to the NTFS file system. Here are my circumstances:

1. The hard drive is locked. I need to unlock it.
2. My Xbox doesn't work, so I can't use it to help me.
3. I need to unlock and/or completely reformat it using only the computer.
4. I am setting up the hard drive for PC use.

Anything will help. Thank you.
