What is a good remote solution for troubleshooting PCs?

Hello

I am in the early stages of planning a computer repair service based out of my home. I want to offer as wide a range of services as possible. However, I am unable to drive to clients' homes for on site service. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a remote access solution that I could use to troubleshoot a client's PC from home. I would want the service to be as easy as possible so that the less tech savvy customers could be instructed on how to allow the link up.with my PC.

Also, which is better; worrying with remote access or having them bring the PC to me?
