Applecare is totally awesome

I made the big switch (reluctantly) to Apple 4 years ago. What a great choice. 2 iMac's, 2 macbooks, 1 macbook air 5 iphones and 2 ipods later, we couldn't be happier. I also purchased Applecare for 3 years warranty and phone support. Applecare customer service has always been topnotch and very helpful and I can always clearly understand their representatives. The only equipment problem I experienced was with my iMac. The hard drive started to act up and when I called Apple, I had 4 days left on my Applecare and they replaced it with a new one within a week. Advice to readers, always back up your data up with an external hard drive because Apple doesn't really work on saving your data.
