I actually enjoy working with Indian support personel; the only problem I see is a culture of denial - it is almost like they personally lose face just because Dell or HP made a mistake. So bad factory problems never get to upper level managers at either of those corporations. I can't downrate the call center people, but I will bad mouth HP and Dell every chance I get until they get a rating system that rates the design of the PC model as well as the support. This way the head shed will finally get a clue what a piece of junk their hardware/software combination really is!!
