The only true answer to stop this is to cancel both Ebay and Paypal accounts.
I recently had a fraudulant purchaser they bid on an item, paid for it, receaved it. then files a claim with their Credit card company that they did not receave it.
I provided proof it was receaved, buyers reply "it was not what we bid on" the photos I sent was "not proof" they provided no photos, Paypal took back the payment, charged me more fees, said they cannot give me the buyers Credit card company and that they "acted on my behalf" and the claim was rejected. The buyer has my item, has all their money back and has no desire to even return it. (why should they, they intended from the first to do this) I cannot even post a bad transaction with ebay to warn others of this buyer. inthesunbythebeach is not to be trusted.
