I called Cox Cable and asked why they had put a block on my line. I was getting unscambled digital stations and then it stopped. They said well you only subscribed up to channel 99. A couple of weeks later I got a letter from cox stating because I was a long time good customer I could get a free year of their digital service. I called and was told since I had no STB I would have to pay for the box. I said I just wanted the digital service no box. They said no deal.
