2 years ago. I transfered the software of an office computer running Windows 98 to a new computer using XP Professional.

It was 100% successful. The person had various programs for his gagets, utilities, password saver, etc. It even transfered an antique software that controlls the company's phone system. Every single program that was on his Win98 worked on the XP machine.

I used Aloha Bob, the more expensive version that cost $75.00. It came with an USB cable.

It was the only time I used the software.
