Sony Ericsson W810i, Camera Quality

I have a Sony Ericsson W810i. This cell phone has a camera of 4Megapixels.

I have used it to take some pictures and videos but the quality was very poor.I liked this product and I did not want to recycle it, so I went to a Mobile Shop and I replaced the lens. However, the problem was not solved, the picture and video quality remained poor. You can check http://www.youtube.com/user/EBCRSERVICES the videos that I have uploaded and see what I mean.
I tried to find some customer service from Sony Ericsson Website but there was not support for this model.

Does anybody knows what's the reason for the low Camera Quality, how can I fix it or if Sony Ericsson can supply me with a new cell phone?

It's not a 'high end' camera

I would probably adjust your expectations for a cellular phone camera. I don't recall anyone giving any huge accolades for that particular SE model, although they are generally decent builds as such.

Perhaps it was dropped without your knowledge, etc.(?) Did it always produce such less than acceptable quality videos?

The problem is, the cost to repair (since it's likely out of warranty?) might be better spent towards a newer handset with better camera quality.
