How to do a transfer of service to someone (AT&T)

I currently have AT&T and would like to give up my plan that has unlimited data and 450 minutes. Contract ends 7/2014. How do I go about doing a transfer of billing responsibility. Please Help!!!

Not to be a smart aleck, but you should always search the carrier's support pages first. They upload such information to help all of us out wink
