Unsure about next cell phone

Frankly I am unsure what cellphone to get in h nxt few months so I am seeking a little advise from CNET readers. Now for the basics:

At present I am using the old HTC G1 celphone. I obtained in 2009 it is now showing signs of dying and I feel like I will be losing a real friend.

As you may know the G1 runs on the Android system and I have pretty much mastered how to download and uninstall the apps even with the use of a usb cord and my computer.

Becasue I am in a T-Mobile G4 pilot rewards program @ http://rewards.monthly4g.t-mobile.com/SignIn.aspx I can choose any phone they have listed.

Thus a little advise on thi would be most welcome.

Footnote:
I am not excited over the Apple phone so cut that aspect out of my frame of thinking.

List the models and we can help.

Right now the Samsung Galaxy S3 might be a good choice to look into. Nice rig.
