This is the 2nd time they took a discount away. The 1st time they disolved their partnership with my insurance co. No notification, same as this time. I renewed my agreement back in June 2012, at that time i knew what my bill would be each month. Now that they took my discount away my bill has gone up 25%. I think this is a breach of agreement but i can't prove it. I'm waiting for my AG's office to reply to my email on this. I think a lot of consumeers would be upset if they saw a 25% increase in any bill with no notification. I've been with Sprint for 15yrs, stayed with them thru their decline, now this is how they treat their customers? I'll not do business with them after this agreeement runs out.
Sounds like no contest.

If you can't prove it, then time to move on. This is a classic case of contract law so unless you can get your documents in order (i.e. proof) then your final card is to move on.
In fact, why not do the math to see if the numbers work in your favor to pay the ETF, switch and see what it costs if you move out now?

That corporate/employee discounts are a courtesy and not mandated. Sprint, or any other carrier, can add or remove them at will and there is nothing wrong with that. As others have said, enjoy them while you can but you have no grounds for appeal in this case. If a discount was applied in error it can be removed without notice.
