No flash support, nor Android updates to that one. Big ugh. I'd still probably look for an Android handsets in the marketplace with a better keyboard if the goal is to transition from the BB hw. IMO that particular example is more of a kid's phone, basically, not really for a business user.

I guess I would also like to know the OP's wireless carrier to make it easier to tailor a new handset.

And there are rumors that Flash will be no more on most things. Adobe is moving to "AIR" where they have better DRM.

Most smartphones today have a keyboard on the screen, therefore, the smartphone with the biggest screen will have the largest keyboard. I'm no expect but i'd say a phone in the latest HTC range would be most suitable

There are a few areas they tend to want in their next phone. BB users I know want that old keyboard. They are also a little put off by the step back in email. Too bad RIM blew up.
