Hi,
Am I the only one who has been unable to create an online account on sprint.com? The first time I tried was right after I switched to Sprint back in Jan, so that I could pay my bill online. I keep going back each month to check if it works yet, and I've tried it on all sorts of different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE) as well as on both Windows and Mac OS. Just tried again today, and it still doesn't work!
Here's what happens: I click on "Sign in/Register", then "Sign up Now", and then I get the form to fill out with my info -- fine up to there. I then fill out my phone number, which takes me to Step 2, where I fill out my username, password, password confirmation, and email address, and the "Next" button turns yellow. But when I press the button to move on to Step 3, **nothing happens**. I went through the whole customer service/support trying to figure this out. In the end they were not able to solve the problem and essentially told me that I should just pay my bill over the phone.
What does customer service/support know anyway? What I really need is the help of more technical people, particularly the people who are responsible for the development of the sprint.com website. What's frustrating here, is that without an online account, I can't even go to the sprint forums to get in touch with the web developers. ...and I can't even give voice to my HUGE problem there!! I am a paying, legitimate customer and it's not fair that I am left out in the lurch like this with no rights to the sprint forums or anything on the website.
What do I do? Please help.
