Samsung Galaxy S Plus sound problem

Hello, I've searched around the internet for several hours looking for my problem, without any succes, unfortunately.

I've just bought a brand new Samsung galaxy s+, but when I tried playing music, it wouldn't work.
Youtube videos won't work either.
They DO work with headphones.

The only thing that works without headphones is an incoming call, without a loudspeaker.

Could anyone please help me with this?
I would want to know if this is able to fix before I return it to the store.

It appears this is true. http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9001_galaxy_s_plus-3908.php notes Samsung might issue a value pack since no ICS is planned.

You may have found a feature you want and it isn't there.

That actually sounds like a connection issue to me but I'm not an expert. To check what version of Android you have on your galaxy s2 go to settings>about phone> software update and that should show you if you have the latest version of Android. The Galaxy S2 is supposed to get Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich soon so you might want to check every now and then in the next months.
