Google finds practically nothing for "name card attachment" (with quotes). So can you tell better what you mean? Maybe it's a vCard as MS Outlook sends them?

Upload photo to your PC with a cable

Or, pull out the memory card from the camera and use a USB memory card reader to copy the photo to your PC desktop. Then upload that image to the site I mentioned above. Copy and paste the link it provides here in a new message.
