GZONE BRIGADE PROBLEM !

I just got this phone a few days ago and have been told over and over by the other person on the line that they are unable to either hear me that my sound is very low or that they are unable tom understand what I am saying it's all static!
Can someboby PLEASE tell me how to fix this! I am only able to talk on my phone if I have the speaker on!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

Either where you live the reception is very bad, or something is wrong with the phone. I'd go back to the shop and claim warranty.
