Is there a phone sold with reduced Internet(no adult web)

I have an IPhone now, but the Internet (adult web
sites) is sometimes causing problems. I don't want
to rely on parental controls or filters, otherwise
I will just have to get a good basic cell phone, even though I
like all the other features my phone has now.

To find an application to restrict internet access to objectionable sites. It is not a "feature" built in the phone.
