Hi:
I purchased Verizon Pre-Paid cell-phone three weeks ago and put $50 in it. It's SAMSUNG.
I can not receive any phone-calls from my Home Phone, although I can receive all other calls, i.e. friends,
doctors and etc. However, I can call anyone using my cell-phone fom my home.
Receiving phone from my Home phone is
only problem. Other than that, Verizon Pre-Paid Cell-phone is working OK..
When I picked up my cell phone trying to answer to answer to myHome phone, it says as follows:
"Your service do not allow this call, Message: MSO"
Just wonder why my cell-phone can NOT receive phone calls from my home-phone?

I often get an answer if I call the help(less?) call desk. I find the stores to be a little better as you are in their face. They tend to not blow you off so fast.
But if you tried to FORWARD YOUR CALLS, I suspect that is not supported.

Thanks for the response.
When I called Verizon that is my Home phone regarding the issue, .... 'my cell-phone can not receive call from my home phone.' The representative told me that my cell-phone is something wrong, but when I asked the clerk in Verizon cell-phone store, it's MY HOME phone is something wrong.
Strange enough, my cell-phone can receive call from my home-phone when inside house. Outside is the issue. It seems to me something blocking, ... or my home-phone needs 'voice message' system for that?
What do you suggest on this matter?

Ask for refund, move on.

If they can't fix it, you deserve your money back. What I think is the problem does not matter as it is not something we can fix. It sounds like a goof in some configuration between Verizon and another system. Again this is not ours to fix.

But this sounds like a goof elsewhere in the system. That is a roaming that was not allowed.
