Massive spam after Verizon set your new smart phone

Has anyone else started receiving massive amounts of junk mail after having Verizon set up a new smart phone? This has happened to me twice on new phones when Verizon transferred my emails. I never give my company email address to anyone but business contacts, but now I receive 20 to 30 junk offers on my business emails a day.

I also have seen the marketing messages but has only been 1 or 2 per day for the past week. If I am not mistaken, at the bottom of each message there is an opt out internet link so that you will no longer receive future marketing notifications.
