How Can I Get a Case That Is Really For My Phone?

I just purchased a Samsung Flight II, and I'd like to get a good vertical holster-type case for it. I looked at the zillion items an Amazon.com search turned up, and was impressed that so many of the cases supposedly for my phone showed a phone quite different from mine.

With so many cases being sold for multiple phones, I'm afraid my little Flight II will "rattle around" in the case I purchase.

Any suggestions for getting a case that really fits?

Go directly to your cell phone company's retail location if you are concerned. Remember that many online resellers use stock photos of their cases with a phone when it is actually sold for several different phone models. Too much work to upload photos of every phone in it's specifically designed case.

Thanks for the suggestions. However, it looks like AT&T (my provider) is no more help. The case they have for my phone is also compatible with the iPhone, which is much larger than my phone. And it costs $40, while the Amazon models are much less.

I guess I might look at the Amazon cases and check that their compatibility is with phones no larger than mine.

As the cell phone companies launch many models with a little or no change these are specifically for different countries or markets. Like if there is one model M-5000 there might be 4-5 models like M-5001, 5002, 5003... designed for different markets. All these models have same size & specs etc.. so the case if same for all these models.
Or to be safe try to contact the one exactly showing your model in pic

Thanks for all the suggestions. I ended up getting this one from Amazon:
Cellet Bergamo Leather Case 2 Clips Black For Samsung Flight II (SGH-A927) $10.49

It's a vertical holster with clip (not spring) for the belt. It's open at the top for easy access. However, the fit is very snug with the elastic bands on the side. So it takes a bit of easing it out from the lower sides until the phone can be grasped at the top for removal.

I'm pleased with my choice.
