transfer pics from LG620G to PC

I have pictures on my LG620G StraightTalk phone that I'd like to put on my laptop. I got a USB Cable and downloaded a driver but it still won't connect. Is there anyway to transfer the pictures from the phone to my laptop other than sending them via MSM to my email?

Try moving them to a SD card

I believe that model accepts a microSD card. Save or move the pictures there, then use a SD card reader to move them to your PC via a USB cable. Here's a schematic from their online manual:

Moving to SD Card

I tried to move them to a the SD Card, I was unable to move them because the clamp to the SD card is rusted shut. That's one of the reasons I was hoping that I could use a USB cable.

The phone got wet so it isn't working right anyway. It is being replaced.

Thank you for your reply. I ended up sending them to via MMS to my email.
