Is poor service to blame?

I'm using an iPhone 4. (Sprint) I used to get great service with no fewer than 3 bars. But as of the last week, I'm getting no more than 1 bar. No idea what the problem suddenly is since it was fine 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions? Thanks.

........contacted customer service yet?? Have you added any new applications recently? When you call customer service, call from another phone but have your iPhone nearby. Too many variables for anyone here to solve the issue. Best of luck and don't forget to report your results.

YMMV.

But as has been suggested, you need to first call Sprint CS for this info.

Another method is to have a friend come over with their Sprint handset and see what their reception is like just for a rough comparison.
