Lotus Notes for Android

Hello...
I am looking upgrade to the Motorola Droid-X, but I have to use Lotus Notes for work.

My company uses Lotus Notes and has support for Blackberry's so we get realtime Notes mail updates. I'm having a hard time finding information regarding over air syncing for the Droid-X or for the Android applications.

I would appreciate some opinions on how to get Lotus Notes mail on the Droid-X via wireless sync. I need to be able to send/receive email, update/view the calendar, and access my contacts.

Is over the air syncing possible with Android?
If so, which applications work well and are they it worth it?

You will get more granular level information regarding that particular app on that specific platform in a dedicated sub-forum like you see over at Howardforums.com.
