Low cost way to call a cell phone in Tokyo, Japan?

I need help in finding the least expensive way to call from a landline telephone in California to a cell phone in Tokyo, Japan. Right now, it's costing me 24 cents a minute through Verizon. There's got to be a cheaper way. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

bear! I can recommend the service BetaMax.com if it specifically Nonoh.net in the U.S., Japan for free if the city line! Sexy, too, really cheap. You can put in a java application phone .. finarea midlet * And connect devices via GPRS. All this belongs to the VoiP call

Magic Jack does work low cost make sure your up pc or laptop up to date if not use a hub that is powered by ac or dc current.
