Cheapest unlocked cellphone with touchscreen and wifi?

Hi

I am looking around at various sites with unlocked touchscreen cell phones. Can anyone recommend a relatively cheap touchscreen that has wifi? The iphones are a bit overpriced IMO. Just looking for an unlocked phone no contract.....

You aren't looking for something that is really available yet, outside of very sketchy generic Chinese handsets. What's your budget?

wifi budget

My budget is $400 US or so yes I know unlocked is more money but with the amount of touchscreen phones available these days I was just wondering if there are any recommendations.

Hard to find examples that include 850MHz band

FWIW, Miami CTI sells a whole slew of unlocked phones. It's painfully hard to find any that include 850 though, especially if you need it w/ ATT (or T-Mo on GSM). Take a look around, maybe you'll find something. There's plenty of touch screen models for sale around $400, but most are tri-band unfortunately.
