Nokia N82 US Version vs. International Version...Help!

I'm puzzled...I want to buy a Nokia N82, but I keep getting prices for a US version and an International version. The specs are exactly the same. There is no clear difference between them. The US version (titanium) is better looking than the International (black). Also its cheaper. They are both unlocked, so I can pop in any of my other SIM cards in it. But I'm still nervous about buying the US version, and and up shooting myself in the foot.

I wonder if the the US version is different just because of the color...

Any help on this would be mighty helpful.
